Knowledge 19 is only two weeks away and Attivio will be there!

Knowledge 19 is the annual user conference for ServiceNow® where 20,000+ customers and partners will convene to share how to improve their ServiceNow workflows.

Attivio is a certified ISV partner and an event sponsor. You can find us at booth #425, Tuesday – Thursday May 6-9, on the Expo Floor. We will showcase our three certified apps for the ServiceNow platform. Each solution is fully integrated into a ServiceNow workflow, delivering AI-powered answers and insights into users’ experiences:

Elevate ITSM – creates a modern IT support experience that employs AI to enable employees to find answers themselves and empowers the help desk with relevant resolutions

Elevate CSM – helps solve customer issues faster, through machine learning-driven self-service or via agent-assisted channels

Elevate HR – delivers a modern, AI-driven HR experience that empowers employees to self-serve their questions and reduces the burden of HR resources to answer FAQs

So, what are we most looking forward to while at the show in Vegas?

1. Meeting potential new partners – over 200 partners are scheduled to attend Knowledge 19. As relatively newcomers to the ServiceNow community, we are looking forward to meeting many of the participating ServiceNow partners and discussing how we can work together to enhance the ServiceNow customer experience.

2. Ziplining through the Strip – on Wednesday, May 8, we will be giving away tickets to zipline through the Vegas strip. Stop by before 3 PM on Wednesday to have your badge scanned to enter the drawing. Another scheduled attraction is the opening reception Tuesday evening between 5 and 7 PM in the expo hall. Grab a drink and head over to booth #425. We’re looking forward to meeting you.

3. Learning: Knowledge 19 deep dive – there are literally hundreds of presentations to attend. Sessions include hands-on labs to hackathons to thought leadership to a fireside chat with Fred Luddy, ServiceNow CEO. Knowledge 19 is designed to unlock productivity and transform the employee and customer experience for all attendees. We’re looking forward to learning more about the ServiceNow platform and networking with both novice and expert users during the event. With over 20,000 attendees, we’re bound to speak with a few folks interested in enriching workflows with AI technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing.
