Gartner Names Attivio a Leader in 2019 Magic Quadrant for Insight Engines
Gartner recognized Attivio as a Leader in their 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Insight Engines!
Evaluating 15 unique vendors on completness of vision and ability to execute, Attivio is one of five vendors placed in the Leaders quadrant. This means Attivio is able to handle a wide range of use cases, including employee engagement, customer support, and risk migration, for both enterprise and mid-sized businesses.
Gartner defines the insight engines industry as companies that “combine search with AI to deliver actionable insights derived from the full spectrum of content and data sourced within and external to the enterprise.” With the exponential increase in the amount of internal and external data being created, it’s becoming more difficult for businesses’ customers and employees to find the answers they need. This is why, as Gartner acknowledges, "As businesses evolve to become digital and generate more structured and unstructured content, the need for insight engine technology to surface relevant facts, content and knowledge to stakeholders is critical.”
As mentioned in the press release, Attivio believes its position as a Leader was achieved through focus and execution in the past year in four key areas:
- Quantified business value being realized by its customers
- Strong year-over-year growth in new customer acquisitions and client renewals
- Simplified product, pricing, and onboarding processes
- Adoption of cloud-based deployments that help minimize customers’ total cost of ownership
