Elevate Achieves Bronze Certification; Reflections from Now Summit

It’s been a whirlwind couple of weeks around Attivio’s latest offering, the Elevate apps for ServiceNow:  the entire suite of applications is now certified and available in the ServiceNow Store, and a core group of our Elevate team participated in the Now Summit in New York City. 

Certification of the apps means Attivio has achieved Bronze partner status with ServiceNow and enables ServiceNow customers to request a trial or to download the app after purchase. 

The three applications cover core use cases where unifying information and surfacing it intelligently within ServiceNow workflows delivers additional value to ServiceNow customers, specifically:

  • IT Service Management – modernize IT service experiences by giving employees the ability to successfully answer their own questions via self-service portal, and reduce the time it takes for fulfillers to resolve incidents
  • Customer Service Management – solve customer problems faster and increase customer satisfaction by powering your self-service portal and agent experiences with intelligent answers, drawn from across the organization and prioritized based on machine learning relevancy models. 
  • HR – consumerize the employee experience with self-service experiences that help deflect calls into your HR department and get them the answers they need, when they need them. 

 

At the Now Summit in NYC this week, our team had the chance to showcase all three apps in front of customers, prospects, and partners of ServiceNow.

Throughout the course of the day, we spoke with ServiceNow customers who’d been using the platform for 5+ years, and those who are just getting started. We learned that there are a lot of initiatives underway to deliver new or improved self-service experiences across all three of the above use cases. And that the disparate nature of enterprise information is a problem that pervades nearly every organization, large and small.
