Attivio Hackathon Commences Today!

From now through the rest of the week, a significant portion of the Attivio team will be engaged in a hackathon and we can’t wait to see the outcome! 

The task is aggressive - to use our platform to create a customer support application that: 

  • Marries a variety of sources, such as support tickets, documentation, and customer information 
  • Delivers an interactive, natural-language search experience that not only returns the specific answer, but also highlights related topics, questions, or tickets
  • Captures and visualizes key metrics and analytics about the effectiveness of support and the answers delivered in response to issues 

This is one of those “drink our own champagne” moments, where we’ll be employing the Attivio technology to improve the experience of our customers and our employees.  

We’ll be fueling the innovation with food delivered throughout the day (watch our Twitter and Instagram channels for updates on the delectables). Our executives will be engaged, too – they’ll be taking shifts as mentors, providing feedback, guidance, and cheerleading to the teams throughout the two days.
