Attivio Professional Services

At Attivio, our goal is the success of every customer, every partner, every project. Attivio's Active Intelligence Engine® (AIE®) is designed for agile and rapid solution development, so each project can be completed in a much shorter time frame than is typical for enterprise roll-outs.

The Attivio Professional Services team has an extensive breadth of depth and experience and uses a project-management methodology call Critical Chain. The Critical Chain approach includes these key principles:

• Conduct formal discovery of goals and needs and assessment of conditions
• Thoroughly define the solution baseline with milestones
• Proactively manage issues, change and risk during and after implementation

The discovery and assessment phase at the beginning of each project ensures that the project team and customer are in agreement on both goals and scope of the projects. This early phase ensures that the schedule is accurate and includes realistic estimates for each task.

Project Deliverables

Project deliverables include requirements documentation, design specifications, schedule, task lists, risk assessments, test plans and technical documentation along with the solution itself. A training plan for customers may also be included.

The cornerstone of any AIE implementation is the solution requirements and design documentation that describes project goals and important details, including hardware/software configuration, workflow configurations, relevancy tuning, user interface customization, performance testing, etc.

The key deliverable is of course the solution. The Attivio Professional Services team is dedicated to working collaboratively with you and any partners to ensure the successful design, deployment and operation of your AIE-based solution.

Stakeholders including the project leader and the customer agree on the quality, completeness, and utility of each deliverable. Attivio's commitment to quality starts with the design and development of the AIE engine, and we apply the same standards to project development.

Attivio Technical Training

Attivio Education Services is a technical training and certification program designed to provide customers and partners with a solid understanding of the practices and technologies for developing and operating solutions with Attivio's Active Intelligence Engine™ (AIE).

The Attivio Education training professionals have developed comprehensive curricula focused on enabling developers, support staff, and business users to become proficient in the aspects of Attivio technology that are relevant to their jobs and will ensure their successful engagement with Attivio's AIE platform.

The goal of Attivio Education Services is to enable technical staff and partners to attain self-sufficiency. Attivio continues to develop additional courses to meet the needs of customers and partners.
