Attivio Value-Added Reseller Partners (VARs) resell Attivio products and solutions and may also provide consulting, integration, and/or implementation services. Attivio VAR Partners join the Attivio Partner program to grow revenues and profits; to align their offerings with Attivio offerings; and to gain access to Attivio resources. Attivio Partner LogoPartners will be given permission to use the appropriate logo for their level of partnership. Usage of the partner logo will be subject to the terms and conditions of the logo usage agreement. Access to Attivio Partner PortalPartners will be provided access to a secure partner portal called Attivio Partner Portal. Attivio Partner Portal is a personalized partner extranet where partners can access information and manage their partnership. Attivio Product CollateralPartners will have access to electronic versions of all Attivio product sheets through the Attivio Partner Portal. Attivio Marketing ProgramsAttivio may allow partner participation in select marketing programs. These marketing programs may include conferences, seminars, events, direct mail campaigns, and email campaigns. Attivio may charge a fee for participation in these programs. Partners will be invited to sponsor Attivio events, such as Attivio User Conferences. Sponsorship and exhibit opportunities will give you exposure to a broad base of Attivio customers. Invitation to Attivio Partner EventsAttivio VAR Partners are invited to attend the Attivio Annual Partner Summit – a private event for select partners to receive product, technology, and business updates from Attivio. Access to Partner WebcastsAttivio may provide regular Webcasts that update partners on current product, training, or marketing initiatives. Communications & Public RelationsAttivio Press Release
Attivio VAR Partners have the opportunity to promote the partnership through a partnership press release. Attivio Consulting partners will be provided with a quote from Attivio to announce the relationship in the partner's own press release. Certain partners may be featured in a partnership announcement issued jointly with Attivio. Attivio grants VAR Partners a limited-use license of Attivio software for training and demonstration purposes. The partner must abide by the license description and use software as defined in the Attivio VAR Partner Agreement. Access to Online Technical Support and Knowledge BasePartners are given access to the Attivio knowledge base and online support case logging through the support section of the Attivio Partner Portal site. Access to Attivio Software Upgrades and PatchesPartners are given access to Attivio software upgrades and patches through Attivio Partner Portal with a direct link to the Attivio online support and download center. Telephone Support AccessAttivio VAR Partners have access for one contact for up to ten cases per year. Partners can purchase more access to Attivio support if needed.
