P-O is also Founder and Chairman of Söderberg & Partners, a leading financial brokerage firm based in Sweden. He sits on the board of directors for Ratos AB, a Swedish-based private equity company that is primarily engaged in investment activities in northern Europe. He also serves on the board of a number of non-profit organizations, including the Stockholm School of Economics, KSSS Royal Swedish Yacht Club, and the Swedish Chapter of WPO. Prior to founding Söderberg & Partners, he was CEO of Dahl International, Business Controller of Ratos, and President and Owner of Julius Sjörgren. P-O also manages a portfolio of investments in companies in Sweden and the United States.

Ali I. Riaz is CEO of Attivio, responsible for corporate strategy, direction, and operations.
Ali has extensive management experience in propelling early-stage companies into large, corporate leaders through effective, scalable client programs, product offerings, and business operations. Before joining Attivio, he was President and CEO of GetConnected, Inc. (GCi), a market-leading transaction processing platform enabling the sale of digital services. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Fast Search & Transfer (FAST™), a global enterprise search company that is now part of Microsoft Corporation.
Ali has experience in both small and large organizations, and has held executive positions with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Novartis International, Inc.

Joel is a member of the Attivio Board of Directors.
Joel is a Managing Director and CEO of TAH. Most recently he served as President and CEO of Jovian Holdings, a privately held investment and operating company. In addition, he was Managing Partner of Jove Partners, L.P., Director, Vice Chairman, President and CEO of Mastec Inc., and Chairman and CEO of Proventus Inc. In his early career, Joel founded and operated MP General Inc., a value activation hedge fund acquired by Proventus AB. In addition to his role on the Attivio board, he has been the Chairman and a Director of several public and private companies in Europe and the United States, and currently serves on the board of Communications Capital Group and Symbius Medical. In addition to his corporate engagements, Joel is actively involved in not-for-profit institutions and several educational organizations.

His current investments include Attivio (enterprise search meets BI), B5M (social eCommerce search in China), Qoo10 Gmarket (pan-Asian e-commerce), IMIExchange (interactive entertainment platform), Kayak (NASD: KYAK), Tikona Digital Networks (wireless ISP in India), Wonga (online financial services) and Ybrant (BSE: YBRANTDIGI). His past investments include Airespace (acquired by Cisco); CDNetworks (acquired by KDDI); GMarket (NASD: GMKT, later acquired by eBay), iTouch (acquired by Buongiorno), and Kenet (acquired by Intersil).

Alan Cooke is Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Attivio, responsible for finance, legal, human resources, and operations.
Alan was formerly Vice President at Merrill Lynch, where he worked as an equity research analyst covering the enterprise software industry, including such companies as Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Salesforce.com, Sybase, Lawson and Informatica. Previously, Alan held business development, strategic planning, and operations management positions at Oracle. He has also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as an attorney at Macdonald Affleck. Alan earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a JD from the University of Toronto, and a BA from the University of Ottawa. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and is admitted to practice as an attorney in the state of New York.
