For marketers ‘big content’ has always driven big value, but the time to value has always been the issue. Traditional methods of meshing up research from surveys and focus groups with customer information and transactional information, plus marketing campaign results takes forever and so many assumptions are made along the way. This time lapse and the inability to correlate all this information together to glean meaningful insight in real-time has completely hindered marketers in achieving their euphoric goal of delivering the best possible customer experience that is highly targeted and relevant across every touch point.
